Hey everyone, I am TJ and I have been a hockey fan for 30 plus years.
I grew up in the east coast and was a Flyers fan growing up and moved to Chicago and have been a Blackhawks fan for 25 years. I enjoyed the game when I was younger and the bench clearing brawls were exciting but even I grew tiresome of this style of game.
I knew the only way the game would progress and compete against the three other major sports was to decrease the fighting and increase the skill level. The NHL playoffs are the most exciting compared to the other sports. People that are not fans of hockey will even acknowledge this fact. I admit it is not the World Cup, but there are many players from around the world that play in North America!
As you can see from the name of my website that the word central is in in the title. Central actually represents the Central Division. We know ESPN is primarily focused on East Coast teams and I live in Chicago and the Blackhawks are in the toughest and most exciting division
I will provide an unbiased approach to each of the teams and will also bring information related to helpful travel tips to these cities. This will include cities that teams travel to outside of the Central Division. I travel to the East Coast a number of times of year so I hope to make some of these games in person. I can never seem to escape the East Coast!
There will be hockey apparel available but it will be focused on the female demographic. There is a large female fan base in hockey and there will be additional items available that will involve the whole game experience. Of course there will be guys hockey apparel as well.
I look forward to interacting with similar hockey fans even if your team is not in the best division in hockey! Just remember this is a game so lets keep the five for fighting to the professionals. So please leave your comments below and make sure you visit my site regularly as I am always updating it with the crazy hockey facts and information that I come across that I know you will find interesting.
Anyways, I wish you all the best with your slap shot and thank you for dropping by! I see many power plays in your future…
